Shipped Eggs

  I ship eggs no more than 4 days old and ship them USPS priority, should get them in 2-4 days to continental US. I keep one rooster to 2-3 hens in breeding pens on all my breeds.                                                                                                                                                                                               Each egg is individually wrapped in foam. Then they are placed in the egg carton. The foam paper& tape keep them from moving around inside the egg carton. I use aluminum foil to cover egg carton, helps with x-ray scans by post office. Then wrap carton with bubble roll.                                                                                                                                                                                                I use news/magazine paper to fill space inside shipping box so that nothing is moving around inside the box. In addition, I attach FRAGILE sticker I ship by PRIORITY MAIL so you get the freshest eggs possible.                                                                                                                                                                                              Our eggs will be fresh and are fertile however in understanding the shipping process and how it affects eggs we cannot guarantee your hatch rate due to many variables involved after we ship them. Please allow eggs to settle at room temperature for at least 12 hrs. before setting in your incubator. I only ship eggs during spring and fall months to avoid extreme temperatures to can harm eggs. Don’t place order for eggs if temperature is above 90 or below 40 in your city.                                                                                                                                                                                                I will ship on Mon-Wednesday by Priority mail.  This way your eggs shouldn't be sitting at a post office over the weekend.
